http://www.lambinstitute.org/ LAMB is a Christian, multifaceted ministry based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. LAMB was founded in 1999 by Suzy McCall, who grew up in Barnwell, went to school and worked in Charleston, SC. before going to Honduras twenty years ago. LAMB now includes the care of needy in the form of a daycare, kindergarten, school and nursery, a residential children's home and a community assistance program. There are over 200 children in school and daycare and 60, from birth to 17, in the children's home. The Community Action Program gives impoverished women skills to help support themselves and their families.
